Build: Fighter 9 -> Bard 1 -> Arcane Archer 21

All requirements are met. The Sign Board says the character is Master Artisan.
However, the Fletching station dialogue box has only 5 options with Artisan as the highest one.

Possible cause:
The Fletching station takes Bard instead of AA as the main class.

Not all crafting stations allow MA crafting. You need to use a crafting station that does (Li'Nor'a'li? For example).

No stores provide for MA crafting with their mundane stations and tools.
