I agree that HiPS should only be useable 1/round.

I'd prefer this for the avendell rule: Dm's catch you pvp'ing, both sides are smote by gods, possibly by cows, penguins, or lightning. Screenshots- nada. Too hard to prove what happened, stories can be started, and besides, the gods didn't see you do it, so giving their oop players proof is worthle...

You can't nerf a mod that is in beta ;) If you really have a problem watching the "nerfs" happen, perhaps you should come back when NS4 is final.
