The problem turned out to be the shiny water turned on. I turned it off and was able to log in without any problem. The character is in the Duergar Stronghold and when I log in, there is an immediate C++ runtime error.

Is there anything you can do to get my toon out of there? If not, can you just delete him and let me start him over again.
