Seems that I am unable to respawn while this little dificulty is going on. Is that a part of the same problem? Or may be just linked?

The only peoblem with restricting the amount of resing is that there are times when it is not a player error or "poor planning" it can be a lag issue. Or maybe some one else has run/ is running an area and all of the creatures are right right where you enter a zone.
