yes encourage pvp at the same level THAT IS level 1 vs level 1 fine level 1 vs level 2 fine level 1 vs level 3 fine still for me as long as they remain overpowering its ok. but if its impossible rating already... thats a new thing but of course this should be limited to a certain point... say level ...
