I rarely encounter humanoids in transitional encounters.

Its mainly this, in order of occurance : critters(bugs, spiders, ect) /low-level undead / pixies/goblin nitwits / human bandits (either the lone monk-esque highwaymen or a 3 pickpockets and a bandit)

Well, as a cat person i cant say i like the idea of killing bands of feral kittes ... :cry: lol But aside from that, the lower level mobs are interesting and a nice change of pace. The only mob ive ran into so far that seems over-powered for its cr (so either nerf it somehow, or up its cr level / xp...

Yeah, thats understandable. But there pretty much isnt anything else i (or any of the other steady alpha testers, for that matter) can help you guys test with right now, since higher level mobs arnt in yet, and other area's of the world (the rest in beta nexus, ect) arnt hooked up or active yet. :P ...

Any chance of getting some lvl 7 - 12 mobs assigned soon? Getting a shard and a merchant in the old copse, and the mobs in the surrounding area's (inside melencia ruins especially. Unless yer talking about a diff suit of mithral plate, the basic one you can buy from the vendor (lvl 1 armor) only has an ac of 6...

Full plate has -always- had a base ac of 8.

No reason for it not to be the same here. At least none that i can think of, outside of it being a bug or an oversight

For some reason, heavy plate armor (which has always been set up like this : base ac 8 / dex bonus max +1, then ac bonus's as you move up into higher quality / magic suits) in ns5 has a set up like this : Ac 6 / dex bonus of 1 or 2 (dont remember exactly) I havnt checked out the other suit types, so...
