naw ; i picked an alternate e-mail address --- i did try my old e-mail but the forum yelled at me :cry: so i selected a new address and it seemed that the registration went through , except no email yet - ill try to re-send option again ; the new forum account name is " Fatzo " thanks Flailer :)

IMHO it's still mostly about the build. I remember my level 30 minmaxed IKD Dragonshape mostly still in level 16 gear stomping on (literally...) other level 30s with way better stuff. Similarly you can tell in seconds the difference in performance between a mage with well chosen feats and foci and ...
