Weapon and Shifter

anyone know if Weapon stats merge with unarmed shifter form, like construct, dragon, ... (so if I use a triton weapon or gloves I get associated bonuses to unarmed attack while in shifted form)? I know it doesn't with standard bioware script, but I heard NS uses custom scripts, that's why I'm asking about.

They do, although I'm not entirely sure something like the Holy Avenger property does (that is, properties you can't normally add to magic gauntlets).

Any and all weapon properties merge through to almost all forms, weapon using or otherwise. My shifter carries a triton scimitar and it's properties merge through to my Golem form. The only exception that I am aware of is the keen property. Keen does not merge through to unarmed forms, but it does merge through to armed forms.

NS does use custom scripts. Any time you shift, if you scroll up in the combat window, you will see a message that tells you which of your items merged into your new form.

One other point of advice: The Character Sheet Lies. You AB is rarely what your character sheet says it is when you're shifted. To get your true AB in a shifted form, attack inanimate object (loot bag, sign, door) and check what your modifier is in the combat window.
