Hey, I got the new patch Bioware released for NWN1 and I can't log into the NS servers anymore. It would appear they haven't been updated. My question is this - when will NS be receiving this new update? I'm missing playing with all you guys, and am curious as to how long I'll have to wait to get to play again.

Also, just another question. If its going to take like a month to update the server (not sure why, just a what-if) is there anyway I could delete the patch? Go in to the file and remove it manually or something? If so, then that raises the question as to how I'd get it back. DL the file and place it manually again? I'm unsure about all of this, so clarification would be lovely.

Well...it has been stated on several occasions that you should not update until told. With that said to roll back is easy, uninstall NWN and reinstall and apply patch 1.68.
I guess thats what happens when people don't read the forums regularly.

Yeah, I just made this account last night to inquire about this, and haven't been told in game. I'll reinstall, then. Thanks for the fast reply.

Welcome. You might try these solutions too before you uninstall and reinstall.

Pros and I are conferring about when to time updates of both servers to 1.69. It should probably be sometime this week.

I gerneally wait to patch until the server no longer lets me in. Then I know its time to patch. Or just watch the threads here
