characters stuck in the start map

I have two characters that are stuck in this area and keep getting booted. Jacko also has a few characters stuck as well.
I'll have to break out my old portable and log in.
I've moved and haven't unpacked my disks to put NWN on this machine.
I'll start looking at what is happwning as soon as I can.
