New Place/Monsters Idea: Quasi-Elemental

Opening up some possibilites here. Awesome work on the expanded elemental planes and elemental lord.

Quasi-Elementals for fighting. Summoning. Maybe a quest or item or two to summon would be nice. Maybe an option for Dru/Shifter to change into also. Want to be an Ice Elemental today ? New Quasi-Items on their respective lords.

The good part, we're sure the D&D Monster Manual have you covered on them if you need a reference.
