Wings, Why not give us Red Bull?

Having a winged toon is fun, the lag caused by all the flapping is a mute point since the addition of cloaks, So why not create an NPC in EC called Red Bull (Mino's are great for this 
) and let him give a quest to earn a set of wings for your toon. Tails too if you're up to the challenge.
