log in probs with my desktop

Hi East, Here is my problem I am having. When I try to login on my desktop from the main list under PW action, I get a server not responding when the server is not even full. Also NS East is not in my favorite list anymore and when I add it back to my fav list, it shows its offline? I can log into NS East on my laptop just fine ? Any ideas out there ?? TIA ...

Well, it may not be you. One of the backbone routers near you has been having issues for the last few days. You might try a tracert to the server and look for any huge leaps in response time and combine that with a ping -t and watch for packet loss.
