East Server internet upgrade

This Friday Sept 8th somewhere between 4 and 5 pm eastern time I will be shutting down the server for about 10 to 15 minutes. I am upgrading my bandwidth and part of the process requires the system to be down for about 10 minutes. The IP will probably change too.
