i have been banned for about two months and im not exactly sure why i was, i can't get on any of the ns sites. Anyways all i know is that i allowed for a friend to get on and next thing i know i am banned. For the people that know me know that i would never try to disturb other players outside of trying to get events started, please unban me

Well the main problem is i was totally insulted by grok and he wasnt even logged in to your account it was konzor2's account. But he was at your computer cause i banned your CD Key on the spot. I spoke to konzor sunday this week and he explained to me you let Grok on your computer and that you all logged int ot his account with 1. a very improper name of a toon 2. insulted me by dragging my family into it 3. very improper language over shout and again insulting my family over shout. As far as i am concerned you can stay banned. Feel free to can contact DM legends or myself if you have any questions death.

first of all i bought Konzor his game.......We have an open access account, if he needs something from my account he can get it, and vice versa.

Second of all- Grok didn't do any of that crap, Konzor doesn't know what the hell he is talking about, i just spoke with John and he is bewildered that i was banned..Grok wasn't even at my house when i got banned, Sometimes people are nice and allow there friends to play there games could be new for yall...

Grok and I had nothing to do with this individual's action. Phant how long have you known me? I've been playing for probaly about three years. Not once did you ever have a probelm with me. Other than events and its not fault leveling gets completly boring when you have mulitple lv 40's...

I don't mind staying banned, but the fact that you would put the blame on me and grok for something you heard from konzor is bs. Heck i seriously misjudged you...You always seemed like the forgiver....I make one mistake in three years and i lose all the charecters that i made...Thanks a lot pal.

As a procedure, we ban cdkeys when that cdkey is the source of vulgar language, abuse, or any other disruptive actions. If someone used this cdkey to ruin it for others, then thats where the problem is.

The only mistake that i made was allow a stupid friend to play the game. I am sorry that i told hm stories of some of the fun times i had while playing them.

And yes phant i accidently told him that me and grok did annoy you once about your daughter and the only thing that i told him not to do was to talk about your family...

Friends that are gamers usually tell stories about the fun experiences they have.. am i not correct?

The reason i bought this game was because of grok.....

I wanted a new reason to get on the game and so i allowed my friend to play, thinking that perhaps he would buy the game as well, i apologize forbeing wrong and i guess my punishment is getting banned..

This is the only mistake i have ever made during my three years playing, and have never had a probelm with other players or dms...I am still seeking a request to get unbanned...

Probably just me here, but I am not seeing a whole lot,,,well hell, im not seeing ANY remorse of the events in question. Just alot of finger-pointing and 'I misjudged you' crap, all of which are designed to be manipulative.

Incidentally I was on during the insult and in my personal opinion permabans for all of eternity is a pretty light sentence. The fact that you confided in a complete looser brings your own character into question, if that wasn't enough this steamy slice of hog meat (whom you trust and call 'friend') has access to your toons, your accounts, your CD and your internet access.

If you were really upset about your 'so-called' friend and what he pulled, I would think at the very least you would be apologetic about him soiling your good name on the servers. You could even lock down your accounts, change passwords, pull the NIC whatever.

To be a complete butt about this (as I often am) I'm not buying any of this. If you had started out by not blaming others, and accepting your portion of responsibility, then its possible that I would be alot more soft-hearted. As its stands, no such luck.

Fact of the matter is that this was indeed a severe case and was dealt with as such. We do not tolerate any kind of behavior like that on any of our servers. The decision was made and it is final. Sorry for your loss but sometimes lifes lessons arent so forgiving. Consider this a lesson learned, and do let others have access to your acct.

Of course if you're really that bothered about it, go and buy another copy of NWN, this will have a different CD key. Then you could go about trying to exonerate yourself.
Now I know I have just said in public how to get around CD Key bans, but lets face it you can only buy so many copies before it really is a waste of money.
