Automatic Quicken Spell feats vs Haste

Hey all,
I'm attempting to plan out my sorcerer and I seemed to find conflicting info whether or not Automatic Quicken spell added much additional benefit over Haste. Any opinions on whether or not Automatic Quicken spell feats have much value?

Description: The target has their movement increased by 50% and gains +1 Dodge AC, +1 attack bonus and one extra attack per round. This spell does NOT affect spellcasting speed.

Thanks for the reply. I had read over that description of Haste multiple times and thought it didn't override automatic quicken spell, but past threads on this forum basically stated that Automatic quicken spell was pointless due to haste.

Yep, you are correct. I just went back and double checked the previous stuff I had googled and it was from the 3.5 forum. Thanks again for helping clarify this info.
