dying on entry

Here's a temporary fix to the "avendel bug" thing. Lets say you die on server 1 and you're sent back to server 2 (ex. Avendell). After respawning, don't go walking back to server 1 as I'm sure you all know. Exit the game while on server 2 after respawning, enter the game through server. It will send you back to 2 of course, but in the process, server 1 will get the message that you have respawned.
