To be clear here, the highest ab a druid/shifter, who wants dragon form, can attain pre-epic is 15/10/5. The highest ab a monk/sorc/rdd, who wants dragon form, can attain pre-epic is 14/11/8/5/1.

If I had my way RDDs would only be able to shift if they had levels in Bard, Sorc, and RDD only!
