If you guys are doing red=dead. then after you kill you gotta say this is our area you stay we kill you. Killing them and saying nothing just makes you seem like an [censored].

not saying that's what happened. But perhaps more communication would be effective.

continuous killing in certain areas without stating that area as yours would be antagonistic.
Didn't we cover this about 4 months ago on the mountain, when I stood there on a single map with a 40 and killed all the lowbies as they kept returning in waves. 1/2 the server was shouting about how the rules required that I shouted to claim the area, or else it was harassment. I held my position, both on the map, as well as by the lack of your requirement by the rules. I even quoted you the same thing then as I will now:
The only exceptions to this excessive PKing prohibition are: the killer stays in the same area with the intention of taking the area over for a period of time, whether or not they announce this publicly
http://www.nsrealm.com/public/ns/viewto ... 239#p17239

And for the record, it was over multiple maps, for 3 main encounters. We even had to chase one of them down for 6 maps or so, eventually slaughtering the gutless coward.

So what you are saying is you broke the rules.

Not everyone wants to pk. Some people naturally avoid it. Hell i don't mind being pk'd it is kind of a thrill. however it seems the lack of communication was a problem. stating you have the map and will kill them if they stay seems like it would have avoided this problem. you want to kill people go ahead. but don't ruin the fun for other people.

Sigh :?
Excessive PK'ing = MORE THAN 3. If it was only 3, then it did not EXCEED 3. And if they got raised and killed again, it was on the same map, thus the rules for holding remain.

You just earned yourself some retribution, Twiggers.

If there were no villains, world wouldn't need no heroes. So thank them for existing, grab your best weapon and start hunting them down. You might fail few times, but when you do you'll feel great. Its a world where you can't die, why fight with gloves on?

So to wrap this up. No evidence was submitted that proved a error in rules occured so no action will be taking place. the end :)

That being said I fully support the continuance of "bad blood" between factions. This is not and never will be (at least as long as the vindictive force that is your NS staff remains in place) a happy, shiny world of flowers and dancing elves.

This is war, we all like war, and war is inevitable so it should be a good day Tater!!!!

that being said I would be happy to host a battle royal between the parties who have felt offended. lol Leme know yout party and the party you want to call out. Hell call then out in this thread. If they accept I will set up a time and a location of "my" choosing and you can fight it out.

Could be fun as well to place bets on the outcome. Each side can put up and item/s that I will hold untill the end of the match then award the winnings per the outcome........Just a thought

I somehow suspect the location of "your" choosing would not be to their liking.

Hehe thats quite the idea..lmao

Actually this is a valid offer. Locations can be anywhere in the land as it is quite easy to remove any NPC's prior to battle breaking out. TD is of course not in the running for locations. :)

Most epic battle arena? Probably the AO Colosseum.

They discovered the joys of surprise encounters vs other factions of roughly the same lvls?
