Druid dragons get 3 attacks per round. Comparing that to a weapon master is silly.

Blinding speed dragons were the only way to be competitive in pvp vs. well..... anything, Since you lowered the strength, to get decent ab this is no longer a possibility. Hasted bad guys stand 5 feet in front of you and laugh. Even if RDD drags are still uber, only one faction can make them.
