Oh found some info in the fiendish servant

Str, Dex, Con, AC, and AB get a bonus equal to cha modifier/2 + blackguard level/5, and turn resistance gets that x2.

I'm assuming that the base summon before factoring BG levels and the cha modifier has no ability score buffs, but I don't know how far ac and ab are away from their +20 caps to begin with. I know the summon's weapon is +6, so it at least starts with that ab buff. In my example with 22 bg and a +10 cha modifier, it doesn't quite cap the summons abilites, but I could cap them by casting buffs on it.

From what I can tell, death domain and necromancy focuses may buff the summon, but only if the buff is greater than what the cha modifier/2 + bg level/5 would give, and I think in most situations cha mod/2 + bg level/5 would give the better buff. Unfortunately I don't know how much those feats buff the summon, but I assume it is similar to how feats buff planar summons, which I will post below.

To summon the fiendish servant you either need 26 levels of blackguard or 22 levels of blackguard and the epic fiendish servant feat, so the epic fiendish servant feat seems to only be useful if you want to get the fiendish servant on a build using fewer BG levels. Also, the lower level BG summons are buffed the same way the highest level fiendish servant is buffed.

Also related, planar summons get:

an AB, AC, str, dex, and con increase equal to the sum of the following:
+ 3 (if the caster is a planar race)
+ 2 (if caster is good and has the good domain, or evil and has the evil domain)
+ 2,4, or 6 (for spell focus: conjuration, greater spell focus: conjuration, or epic spell focus: conjuration respectively)

a spell resistance increase equal to the sum of the above x3

and a spot increase of caster level/2 and a discipline increase of caster level x 3/4

All of this is added to their base stats, which I don't have. They also seem to get a HP increase of some sort I think, but I don't know how that is calculated.

Is the BG summon considered planar?

No, it is undead. The planar summon info is for reference.

Like I said, the BG summon uses the greater of the bonuses associated w/ cha/2 + bg level/5 or the bonuses associated with necromancy focus feats and death domain, but I don't have documentation for how the feats work w/ the bg summon, but I do have documentation on how they work with planar summons, so I am assuming the method is similar.
