AO Dragon Question

I know their loot completely sucks, and so does the xp they give(very difficult to a lvl23, uhh.....) but do they ever drop anything decent, and is there some horde that I might've completely missed. Was hoping to find something, and it seems not a lot of people on the server i play mainly on, server 4, know much about AO guards and stuff.
