glitch with RK jobs

Hello, I have mastered both of the RK jobs, but am still unable to pull ale from the keg? is it possible that this happened because the drow spy killed me?

I would also like to add that I have a toon from RK whos jobs I cant even do. I was halfway through talking with the guy for jobs and got cut from conversation from the job giver now I cant do the jobs at all. I was just going to him to start them, now I cant do them at all. I did how ever talk to the dude that tells you to go talk to him. Nothing. I also went back to the guy and his story doesnt change. Go talk to so and so he'll put you on the right track. Yah, doesnt happen. and the only two options that I have to choose from is either , " I got lost while looking for ale" or "Just leave the bug guy alone to his work". Need some help here.
