Post by Remy »

lately, when i make a successful taunt, there are times when the ac decrease does not show up in the monster's profile. does anybody know anything about this? i have a SS.

Technically it does not say *ac decrease* when you examine them. All it should say is "taunted". It definitely works, you just have to keep track of how well you succeeded so you know if you got between 0 and 6 ac decreaseon them.

Could be from another source like a curse song.

Some monsters may have an innate AC decrease too...

Either way, Taunt only adds the "taunted" property to an enemy for 5 rounds. This signifies (usually) AC decrease, and 30% spell failure.
