Or it might have been not documented because of the rough history of this server... or maybe because everything is still in progress...

Well just to add some info i have messed around with PM a little and each time i have gone 3 wiz then 1 PM.

all on this very server so its 3 arcane lvls not 3 arcane caster lvls :-) looks like they will be changing this soon lol

This was not a PM requirement problem, it was a problem with clerics in MA (and TC) but its fixed now.
