Help with deleted charector

My 5th lvl cleric got deleted off the servers somehow and I was wonderin if I could get a rebuild on him.

I take it you're definitely logging into the same server you created him on?

I cant help that my brother luke "soulfire 266" does not know how to ask a question.. What happened is that after the reset where some of the fixes were implemented one of his toons lvl 5 Drow Cleric was deleted due to something.. When he tries to logg on it tells him that his toon is gone due to an update and there was something wrong w/his toon. It tells him to disconnect. He is wondering if he can get a rebuild on a lvl 5 Drow Cleric... Lord Vincent of {->LOD<-}... You can thank me later Soulfire 266

I already mentioned to him that he should send a PM to Zing. Zing is pretty quick about these after he recieves the PM.

Send Zing your ingame account name, and the character's name with a description of the problem and he'll fix the problem as soon as he can.
