Subrace Stats and LA Messenger Bonuses are Gone

Hmmm....can it be added the way monk sr is? Monk sr isn't capped, correct?

Umm... so the bonuses came back for a day or so and since then they're gone again!

I have a subrace with stat bonuses and penalties, plus the +1 dex from the LA job and NONE of it shows up. Now I have a decent build, but the missing stat points add up to having 2 less ab and 2 less ac! GRR.

So my question is... will this situation be resolved soon and perminently?

Is the subrace bonuses etc suppose to be fixed ?all my characters,except my newly created ones have no bonuses from subraces,not so bad for some of them,but it really hurts my assassin :/

I've just done a little testing myself.

I tried creating a new subrace char, the bonuses showed up fine.
I tried logging in my old tiefling thats very old by now, the bonuses showed up fine.

We had a problem a few days ago that caused this, it took 2-4 days to get the first problem fixed, and we where hoping it also fixed the subrace/job problem. If your chars was created within this time, that might be why its not showing up, try and make a new char and see if it has changed.

All 3 or 4 of the characters i dont get the subrace benefits from are at least a month old and over lvl 16,and they still dont get them.

1. I logged in a lvl5 Kender made in the summer - the wisdom -2 and cha +2 do show up, but no strength -2 or dex +2 shows.

2. I logged in a Druegar made about 2 months ago - no con or cha changes show up.

3. I logged in a Wood elf made about 3 months ago - the +2 strength, -2 int and cha show up, dex shows no change (elf default?).

4. I logged in a lvl27 Wild elf made in the late summer - NO bonuses or minuses show at all, and the LA master messenger shows NO bonus either.

5. I logged in another Wood elf made a week ago or so - same as #3, all bonuses show, except dex.

6. I logged in a human that I made in the summer - the LA master job does show the dex bonus!

Is there a problem with the Wild elf subrace? or just my char? I don't wanna recreate all 27 levels again only to find that I lose the bonuses at a random time down the line

. I'm hoping there's a way to reset/reenable the bonuses?

Your kender is working as it should. Since the +/- stats are added by skin on ns4, you will only see changes thats different from the normal race. The Wisdom and Charisma shows up as red and green, but the Dex and Str wont show different since its allready set to - and + in the nwn engine, so thats not changed.

Not to sure about whats with the duergar

Woodelf is the same as with kender, it seems to work.

yes, i'm aware of the red&green that's how i noticed the changes.. the LA job actually turns dex green with it's bonus.

The problem is my wild elf, it's the only one of the chars I listed that I actually play... and I swear it showed +2 to dex originally, but I could be wrong, but it definately shows no adjustments even from the LA token. I can show you or another DM in-game sometime if I strip down you can see...

I have at least 2 wild elf's in there 20's and i made them awhile ago,i dont get the minuses to int and char,and i dont get the pluses to wis and con.ive checked over and over and they still dont have there bonuses.my lvl 17 drow assasin does not get his spell resist as a drow,niether does he get his int,charisma boost.for some reason the only ones that get the bonuses are the ones ive made about a week or so.

I logged in characters I had not played for a while (created about 10 months ago) and noticed they were not receiving the +1 dex or +1 chr for being a master messenger. Is this something that older characters are stuck with? My newer characters do receive the bonus for having the token. Could it be fixed by a DM taking the token away and giving it back?

If your char was made at the time of this initial post, there is a good chance of your subraces and job bonuses not being applied as it should. DMs should be able to restore your subrace bonus, although jobbonuses is a little more tricky.
