I read several complaints about the Aurora Engine RNG years ago, but don't recall anything conclusive like a Bioware employee stating it as fact. Do you have a URL documenting the bug?

There's a sticky in the NWN2 toolset forum where I think Rich Taylor discussed the problems with the pRNG in NWN1. They didn't fix it I think.
