HELP HELP AND HELP I CAN'T SEE ON NS4

i would like that some1 help me with my problem ... i tried all the servers ns4 and they all the same i enter on the server and o the screen turn black i just see the mouse... and when press "p" show me the players list or when i press "C" show me my status but rest is all black i can't see my char or the area where i'm .. now plz some help me cuzz i would like to play ns4 and i can't do anything.. one more thing in ns3 i can see the game but ns4 nop... HELP

That happened to me today. Before i had gotten black areas but i could see my interface. I exited, came back in, and everything worked.

wtf is going on ??? i tried rest but nothing to !!!!!!!! wth kind of bug is this ????????????

I'ev had that happen, it is a known issue that may or may not have been resolved. I don't know for certain since I haven't checked the bug tracker for a day or two.

There are two fixes for this that I am aware of: make a new character, or ask for DM assistance in moving to a new location which will clear the bug. You won't be able to see what you're typing or what anyone responds with, so you'll have to be specific in your message. When you get to the black screen, don't click on anything and don't hit any buttons except the following:

Press Enter to move the cursor to the message bar. Then type:
/dm Stuck at black screen, can't see responses. Please help me move to <location>

Just enter in your required destination instead of <location>. If it is a new character, then you will need to go to the rift. Once you've typed the message, perss enter to send it and hope that the gods are awake

i got that same bug on every server just after i entered NS4, just after character creation. I hope it gets fixed!

Getting the same problem now. I'll try the dm thing but it didn't work last time. Is there any way our location could be edited to our starting town to avoid this?
