character error

my lvl 35 fighter/DD is getting an error instead of the Enter menu. it is disconnecting me after 30 of giving the message. what can i do so i don't lose my lvl 35 and all that good gear? my signin is delores666 and the toon name is -BB- Coral Atoll.
