actually i was gonna say deflection modifire, but changed it to shield after thikin that it will be actually ovverridden by other stuff...
other thing , i wasnt impling shield 25% damage...
i was actualy trying to vaguely imply that it might add Shield AC modfier
like a lvl 13, have 1 shield AC
16 - 2 shield AC
20 - 3 shield AC
25 - 4 shield AC

Going 2 handed you should be loosing that ac bonus, the reasoning behind giving them some resistance or immunity is because the shields have been improved so much. If it was just a regular tower shield +3 vs double ended weapon then its fair tradeoff the problem is the shield is +3 25%immune 10/- resist and thats a lot to give up, but ac itself should stay as is.

He's right. The AC modifiers are hardcoded into the engine; armor and shields get armor bonuses (the only case where AC is allowed to stack), amulet gets natural bonus, boots get dodge bonus, and everything else gets deflection. At the very least, .2da files would have to be edited to fix it (I think).JesterOI wrote:To have Shield AC bonus on a weapn would require a hak.
