Item to set everyone to Hostile

On another server I played on while NS4 was down, they had a nice item called a "Wand of Hate".

Activating this item on yourself set EVERYONE on the server to Dislike.

Might be nice to have one of those here

not hard to do. Just kill the npc's in all your allied factions repeatedly.

Presto! Everyone hates you.

Actually, if an outcast from LA attacked LA (this happened multiple times when I was there), the defenders would have to pop up the player list and manually change them to dislike. This might have been fixed already, but I dunno.

if you log in after or before them they were on like. one way was dislike and the other was like...can't remember which way. all i know is every outcast i've had was dislike to everyone on the server.
