just kender, not halflings, kender arent really halflings at all
kender only come from krynn,(unless you count sithicus from ravenloft) and in krynnish history the greygem turned some gnomes into kender and some into dwarves
so kender being dwarf cousins and gnomes being allowed in RK, kender should be welcome as well, tho some may not like living underground, but thats what wanderlust is for

Yes they do exist (under the radar) such is their uberness lol!
I kind of like the idea as it makes playing a bard in RK useful considering most dwarves get a neg penalty (apart from gold who are even) and gnomes of course.
I can see it now - A kender complete with topknot, singing their bardish tales in the dwarven taverns, being harassed by patrons about how they look like miniature elfs. It gives their immunity to fear a useful purpose in maintaining their composure when dodging empty mugs and kegs!
