because they are skeletons with an intelligence of 1 and shouldn't to be able to taunt anything? Oh right, taunt is charisma related, well... They still are Skeletons, not really charismatic unless maybe if you hail from Garagoth.
And I don't think they are even that much improved.

Why care if it doesn't have almost any impact on the game? Well it just doesn't feel right in relation of Aetheria's consistency. Yes, I know it's a fantasy world, but all the same some guidelines should be applied. Adding indiscriminately special feats to mobs destroys a little bit of the magic athmosphere.

I really appreciate all the work the Devs are performing. I'm glad a module like NS4 exists and I will be always grateful to all the people involved, but there is always room for improvement :).


PS oh and btw. there have been some attacks on the devs and DMs lately, even rumours and accusations. You know who you are! If you feel discriminated or just acidly, vent it on something else please. Balance is impossible to reach and (like RL) games are unfair too sometimes :). And lastly don't take too much just for granted.

those were some very good points about skellies and the skills they have, unfortunately the default lvl up script for mostly every single mob is set to a standard of dumb stuff.

this is what causes those undead summons to have weapon prof. in weapons they will never use ie. greatsword, longsword, sharp sticks..

It's more work, but I've been a fan of custom monsters.
Tweaking them down to the exact saves, ab, ac, hp, etc for the level of adventurer they will be facing is fun! :D
