Discipline vs discipline check. And if player, or creature fails it, then its 2 rds of kissing dirt
This is definately a god send to smaller races
if i didn't do it...someone else would have.

Just make a counter ftr, my 33 has 115 discipline right now, and doesn't even have warlords rumble yet. Or wear the right protection, I've killed ftrs after warlords rumble with Salien, but they've killed him too, unlike hips it works as intended.

I believe its a simple discipline check.

Pure fighter's modified discipline + d20 vs. target's modified discipline + d20.

Are you sure? It seems that it was stated earlier that the DC was a fixed number +d20. Thats why the original whin..complaint began because the DC was in the 130's.

If you recall, the pure fighter KD ability has been revised a few times...

The DC has always been competing Discipline checks. The check is still quite high though.
Serving NS4 proper as Lathander and Sleeth as Bahamut.

Yes, I'm a DM, but your build still sucks.

it tends to be high because pure fighters naturally put way more build resources into discipline than anybody else to maximize the token effect.

that being said i built a counter toon that has given a few pure fighters a nasty shock when they went for the instapwn button }:)
