So apparently there are some very slippery fingers out there on the server. In the last few weeks the relics have accidentally been dropped under overhangs in the enchanted forest, western slope, and underdark, on a bed in the inn in Garagoth, on a ledge in Angmar...
Not dropped by getting killed, dropped by a player logging out or recalling. I'm sure in every instance it's a complete mistake on their part, as players such as Alkapwn are notorious for their sense of fair play, but I would like to suggest the system be changed so that a bugged relic returns to the last cradle it was in at reset, as opposed to it's home faction. This would prevent the unfortunate perception that these players with slippery fingers were deliberately glitching relics so that they would get them back at home come next reset. I for one am convinced that the fact Alkapwn does this repeatedly as the last thing before he logs off for the evening is nothing but a sad coincidence, but for his own good I'd like to protect him and the others who have done this from being seen in an unjust and harsh light.

Re: "Bugging" the relic.
You just accused me of droping the relic in Southern Pass and bugging it on purpose over the shouts. I am politely asking you not to acuse people of things you aren't sure they did. Yes I droped relic in Southern Pass.
It has been done lots of times, by every faction out there. But that isn't against the rules.
I don't like to be acused of cheating over shout so please don't do it again unless you have proof. I will keep taking screenshots of each time you do it since I consider it harrassement.
Thank you.

Re: "Bugging" the relic.
DMs have always asked players to screenshot any disputable tactics and privately message the staff with issues such as this. Bringing it to the public attention is usually considered a public outcry (aka whine) and lowers the credibility of the accuser, as you have not provided any proof.
My suggestion in the future is to keep it private from the start and don't even start on shout in game. Take your screenshots and message a DM.

Re: "Bugging" the relic.
Well well i can and will defend Alk here as i was there when he dropped the relic for my monk and it just disappeared, this was not an attempt to bug anything. Now over the last few days i have been witness to shout being spammed with all sorts of abuse. I have only been back a few weeks and already i am tired of it, and the sad part is it the same people that made me want to leave last time. I don't know weather these people have the ear of a DM but nothing seems to be done.
If fair play is really what everyone one wants then ban dual/triple logging to defend or raid and i say again just so i am not misunderstood this would only apply to Relics.

exploit/cheat accusations don't go to the boards. this is already getting hot.
