Remove your gloves if they have str bonus on them before casting this spell, then put them back on after.
If your str is 18 or above already from these gloves you won't get you str bonus from divine power.
Also cast Bull Strength after Divine Power for the same reason.
Maybe the str bonus from Divine Power could be based off your base str instead of modified str?
