Bard Cloaks

this has bugged me for a bit now so figgure id try and get it altered.

the bard cloaks from the store that give bonus spell slots are askew the lvl 1 cloak has +1 1st and 1 2nd spell slot well bards dont get a 1st lvl spell till 2nd/3rd lvl and a 2nd lvl spell till 4th/5th dep on cha wich makes the cloak itself a bit un useful this trend continues on the lvl 5 cloak as well. after that its more on corse as far as bonus slots and what the bard can actualy do.

my suggestion is to redo the entire store line to the following

lvl 1 cloak

+1 cha +1 lvl 1 spell slot

lvl 5 cloak

+1 cha +1 lvl 1 and 1 lvl 2 slot

lvl 9 cloak

+2 cha +1 lvl 2 and 1 lvl 3 slot

lvl 13 cloak

+2 cha +1 lvl 3 and 1 lvl 4 slot

lvl 16 cloak

+3 cha +1 lvl 2, 3 and 4 slots

this would make the cloaks more inline with the progression of bard spells at the given levels and be more like the other spell slot items for casters. it would also be inline with the droped epic level cloaks. if the cha bonus seems a bit over the top as other caster items dont give stat bonuses till higer levels perhaps UMD skill bonuses as there are already a line of perform cloaks. taunt skill bonuses would aslo be useful however this would make crafted cloaks for bards atleast obsolete.
