ok i have a problem. i need able bodied persons willing to Pk anyone at anytime and anywhere. for a price. i am the handler all "orders" will go through me and i will pass out assignments to the "fillers". anyone wanting to become a filler must contact me either here publicly or privately. all orders will be barted on price depending on the risk of the mark. this is a new form of mob rules. if you have a problem with someone and want to make them pay, order up.
sequencing

1. a client will bargain someones life away.
2. a hunter will be dispatched when the time is right.
3. when the hunter gets his quarry a public shout will be announced that the contract was fulfilled.
4. 1 contract = 1 life.....this is not a grieving service.
5. all deals are final once events have been set into motion.
