Guildhalls

MD guildhall transition is fixed. The keys are plot items now and are not meant to be droppable I recommend reissuing keys to everyone

LOD guildhall is in where HDA used to be.

Both check the colors it gives you make sure they are the correct ones.

The changes are in but will not be available until I do a rebuild which will be in the next couple hours.
