For Guilds or anyone wanting to transfer written information into or out of game from their PC.
Open your journal and type your notes on the tab with the Quill and Inkwell. Any info typed there will stay through resets. It is locked onto your character.
In the case of guilds and equipment follow this format.
Act Name:
PC Name:
Armor:
Helm:
Shield:
Cloak:
Weapon:
You can copy and paste this format right from the forums into your in game journal by using copy then opening your journal and using the Ctnl - V keys to paste it.
What this does when you close your journal, it create a note pad txt document in your local vault in your NWN files. So to e-mail information all you need do is open the particular character's txt doc and copy/paste again.
You can even add information to that txt doc save it and it will appear in your character's journal in game. Those of you who like to test build off line but want to have the information in game on your character, this method comes in very handy.
I hope this helps out everyone...
Plz remember the server rules are in your journal as well. If you have any question regarding "How Too" feel free to PM or e-mail me.
