with this new information, i am publicy reapplying for an official guild status in AO.

Hey, 'tain't nothing any one of us can approve, we got to wait until the higher-ups duff it out and start adding in the guildhalls, etc... until then, might as well just continue smashing up the weak

Just to let you guys know, any of your characters that have "Slave" in the name that are part of other factions will have to get the axe... probably the easiest thing to do is Devil Angel them so you guys can re-use the names, should you want them. I think most of you guys' PCs are AO already, but just a heads-up before anyone would get a chance to complain about it on Shout and step on our DM-ly toes

so just a question...i have a character Slave Elessar who is from AO...do i have to delete him because of incorrect tag? or -just- the 'slaves' who are not from AO

I think a "Slave Elessar" from AO would be OK, although you might have trouble giving him a key using the generator if your official tag differs. It would be something like having a guild whose official tag is ((-PWN-)) having a non-faction toon named "P-W-N urmama"... which would clearly be someone skirting the law on a teeny technicality. I personally love being technically correct (the best kind of correct, as Futurama says), but spirit goes a long way here too.

ahh ok, thanks you for the clarification. i will still try and remake him, though, with the official tag cause it makes everything look better , thought that will take time and i have other toons in line to make first

If the official tag is -SLAVE- and the slaves have other toons with SLAVE in the name isn't that enough to seperate guild toons from non guild toons? Why would they have to delete toons that aren't AO and aren't official guild toons. Most guild players have toons from other factions but just aren't as blatant about it. At least we would know what side the other toons are playing for even if they aren't wearing the "official" tag or from the right faction. After kSt moved to AO I do remember them breaking out some of the ole NS kSt toons everyonce in awhile.
