Yes. I've only scratched the surface with it on my laptop, and I'm allready able to do stuff I wasn't on my windows machine without to much trouble.
Only reason I haven't put it on my desktop is there is no support for NWN2

when i hear "linux" all i can remember is my roommate freshman year obsessing with linux , installing it on his laptop, and $^&@!$ his computer up
but that was over 3 years ago...maybe things have improved..
of the 6 computers i have either here or back at "home", they all use windows
so... blah
