some problems caused by the crashes

recently the server's having some strange crashes. at the first time it made my lvl4 toon back to lvl1 again (i'm sure that i saved my toon with the dairy).but that's not big problem.

the second time it becomes more troublesome. i was doing the NC Border Patrol job, right at the last step. and it crashed and i lost all the quest items (5 packages) and the npc doesn't offer those items again.

i'm wondering if the DMs can make a new line in the dialog of the npc to offer these packages again. or give my toon the 500 job points.

when a dm finds you in game they might be able to help you out with that

Just a note on this, I had a problem with an SL job once where I needed more job points and the DM at the time (couldnt tell u who it was a while ago) wasnt able to give me any more job points.
