Multiple clients behind same router

I will have my friend over to my house playing nwn. I was wondering if there is still a problem with multiple clients behind same router. The reason I ask this is because I cant find port that needs to be changed in nwnplayer.ini anymore. Means it was fixed in last patch or what?
