so i log on this morning and then i log out to get into another toon and now im being auto booted. I said some random crap over shout but nothing to warrent me being booted.

Not im continuesly being auto booted over and over again

can i get a answer to as of why ?

Yes, i heard through the grape vine, "from a player", a banned player was using your account so it was deleted along with all its toons.

Course like i stated above this was from a player so who knows if its true.

what, youve never heard that popular saying?

Friends dont let friends play their toons

speaking of that --- my mage -- erm wizard is having the same issue --- tho tis no biggie ; and actually it might be somthing different -- my wiz is logging into a totally black screen

Fatzo.. that's a "black holed toon". Don't know why it happens, but it's easy to fix with DM's help. You actually do log into game and can been seen. For some reason you can't see yourself on your own system. All you get is the black screen.

What I have done in the past is pull the "black holed toon" into the Avendell Inn, then killed and rez the PC. Presto!! You can see yourself again. Make arrangements with a DM, we'll have you fixed up on no time..

Sounds like a lot of toons I have that I can't seem to log into shortly after creation. Would it be possible to ask for help to clean up some of these forgotten builds?

The one time it happened to one of my toons was when I first created him. I forgot to specify a subrace through the menu so i logged out before choosing a faction. He was black screened when i logged back in (thinking he would get the menu to choose subrace again, which he didn't).

This isn't the first time I forgot to pick my subrace, I'm paranoid I'll spell it wrong in the box so I usually just do it through the menu. I think this may be one cause of it if this info helps.

excellent, i shall snag someone this weekend when i have a free evening from working

mmmmm , a black hole toon could SPAM shout but not know he/she is spamming shout ! , that would make them a self-denying-chronic-spammer !

why it happens you wonder ? ah lets just blame bioware , they are our best scapegoat i am just glad it is an easy problem to resolve
