I have made azerblood on reflections, and I think that I got my stat boosts and minuses there, tho I cannot check atm since it is down.

On Prime, however, I have made 2 in a row, Fire Cat and Flamecat, login harimau2, and neither one got either the +2 to con and str, nor the -4 to charisma. That is to say, I got exactly the stats entered, even tho I carefully went thru the subrace selection process.

It might be me.

If it isn't then azerblood has a glitch.

Thanks for your help and attention; u guys are always faster and better than the services I pay money for.

We would be even faster if you didn't log out so fast after asking your question in DM channel.

Would have to take a look at your character in game, next time when a DM is in there and see what's what.

I just tried making an Azerblood (on prime) and it worked for me...

Yeah i have an azer blood dwarf and it worked as its suppose to.

so sorry. i have contractors remodeling my house and sometimes i have to go "right now" to make a decision that turns into all afternoon.
