so during a raid, it's ok to spawn kill a defender up to 3 times (harrasment rule), as long as the attacker leaves/come back into the spawn zone? if you kill someone in the city, then run into the local spawn and kill them again, does that count as 1 or 2 kills towards the 3-limit?
relatedly, does the harrasment-count continue during a raid once the victim leaves the spawn point? during hot raid action I dont think anyone has been keeping count of kills with respect to the harrasment rule, is this something we should be doing now (or should have been doing all along?)
per teps clarification: you're only allowed to kill one person in a spawn point, then you have to leave and come back before killing someone ELSE who spawns in that time?
most raids ive been in were all red=dead in the city zones (except spawn), so i'm trying to get a feel for what this new rule means exactly since it's a little unclear.
i dont think the harassment rule counts when you're raiding or defending. i mean ive killed the same person several times during a raid.
anyway, do AOEs stay on the map when u transition or does someone have to be on the map to stop the map from resetting?

Someone's spawning, don't kill em.
OK that is a lot clearer (and different from what was posted previously). This at least has the possibility to be screenshotted by the victim (combat log showing respawn and subsequent kill in a spawn zone).
the way i understood it previously, it would be impossible to enforce or screenshot absent a DM standing in the spawn point (since an enemy transing in or out of a zone wont show up on combat log, it would have been a he said/she said scenario barring some kind of server log).
Hmmm the name Lorkar comes to mind... deletion and ban for simply playing within the rules. Was he annoying? Sure, but not half as much as others I can think of, yet the DM Hammer dropped hard on a player that was playing for years and by the rules. So go play the game does not always apply and I see why people try to get clarification and fear the DM random smack down.

standing in the room and killing anyone that respawns starts to waive into the bind camping. kill and leave.
during relic raids you can jaunt in there and wax them...don't stay
I think this explains it quite sufficiently. My understanding from this statement and the statement by DM sparky is that you can't stage a disruption force to kill defenders as they respawn in at a bind point. Or camp a bind point used by raiders and kill a raiding force over and over. However, if a person decides to run into a bind point to escape conflict, they can be pursued and killed.
The original wording is confusing as it makes it sound like camping a bind point is allowed. Which were the circumstances that I was most concerned about. IF pvp in a bind point was suddenly allowed, then such tactics were apparently feasible in conjunction with the pk rules associated with relic warfare. However with this clarification about no camping, I think that should clear up the debate. I'm sure the plethora of situations and tactics that can be employed in conjunction with this new ability are beyond even our ability to imagine at this point hence the DM's apparent reluctance to spell it out in legalese exactly what is allowed and not allowed. Give them some time to interpret and observe the new rule in action so that they can better implement the intent/spirit of the rule.
