the last round of linux's shifter nerfs were because of my builds. in fact, it took him a week to find out how i exploited his scripting.

st cuthbert knows the pm builds i make and i know his...in a trip to HoD 3 cookie cutter builds of his died fast and mine was the only one left standing, but its ok...i'm not a good builder

ever wonder why lokey and I test builds with half ogre? if you can make it work decent with that....you can do wonderously cheesey things without it

Sometimes githzari or water genasi is worse. I don't like most of the hin subraces either...ghost-wise probably needs ecl lol.

It's always fun to need decent cha, int, wis and dex with hogre. Hogre sd with 116 hide and 115 spot, it can be done

YES! I agree, ns4 is amazing overall, no other nwn server compares.
...The increased limitations of faction class choices also crushed many builds that would have been fun to play, thus lowering the variety even more. Now mind you, this is just fine for new players because they didn't know how it was before, but people who have played here for years feel the pain.

I thought I'd throw my 1 cent in on this...I'm to poor to have the 2.

NS4 is fun and unique; However, this is the reason why I have stopped playing on NS4 in the past and why I really feel that either we need to re-open LA (and everyone, including me will be there cause you can build pretty much anything there) or help all the other cities out in some ways (hopefully others will add their suggestions on this thread or dm/devs to consider, I added another post about NE for Circle to add BG's to that city).


Some current build situations
If you want a dragon build, don't build it in TC with only 3 attack rounds, go to AO.
If you want a WISDOM based AA (which I think is the route to go with them), the only city you can currently build a monk, wiz, aa is SL...you could build a monk, sorc, aa in AO.

AO's druid dragons wreck there RDD's

My shifter dragon never seems to have issues fighting RDD dragons... I may lose but I hang on for a quite a while, especially if they choose to run off...

Druid dragons have a major snooze factor in that if you have built one, you have built them all. (ok, not entirely true, but the build options are very limited)
