Guildhall Thievery
Guildhall Thievery
So it appears someone has breached our guildhall and is stealing gear from a DD that was transfering a whole bunch of epic gear.
Although this is not against the rules persai. It's a seriously underhanded. Even DD has rules about this kind of behaviour and we would not permit it.
Guildhalls are supposed to be our private sanctuaries . I've got stuck in a few of enemy guildhall over the years and was well capable of causing mayhem but restrained out of respect for the server and player enjoyment. It would be easy enough to drop an SD in every guildhall on NS but seriously would be on the verge of breaking several commandments.
Although i know this will probably be fruitless but I ask that the Thief return the stolen items and and no retribution will be bestowed.
I know some of you are rofl'ing it up at DD's expense but this kind of behaviour will start a bad trend to follow. Perhaps even causing me to start taking the lower road if you catch my meaning.
If it was my gear lost i wouldnt even be posting but as co-leader of DD i feel responsible. The member is a new addition to DD and hasnt been here very long and the loss of gear is much greater then some of us who have hordes stashed away.
I seriously think a line has been crossed here. We have a relatively small player base so to even have 1 player with this kind of disrespect makes the whole server look bad

And PWnD before an PWnD can. Although I don't like to see these things happen, I can't say either I really care that it happened to you. Sorry to the decent folk of DD though. You should get rid of the rotten members

The truth is just an excuse for those with a lack of imagination.

When I read the title of this topic I thought someone had broken into your build hall and changed the locks and stolen then whole thing from you.

Somethings never change, this always happens periodically.
Hoenstly though, mho is that encourage as many members to be "extra" careful when entering the guild hall, use what you have to, to do your best to see an incoming intruder etc. Doesn't always work, but if people just be extra observant it can cut a lot of this sort of thing happening over and over again.

I always rest before entering. Simple really

Yer rotten and covered in the slime and detritus from the gutter underneath the low road.Alkapwn wrote:Whats yer problem with me geez...Nyeleni wrote:And PWnD before an PWnD can. At least that's what I think she means.

EDIT: For the record, I am not laughing that this happened. I'm disgusted by it. BUT you should have someone with a better rep do the talking. Kappy is the wrong person to be crying foul

Man....tough crowd.
Sorry to hear about the theft Alka. That is a very underhanded tactic..... in all honesty, I didn't realize anyone would even consider doing that, as it is beyond fair.
Hopefully, the player responsible will come to their senses, and realize that stealing inside a guildhall hurts the server in general.

Lol I love all the personal attacks on me. Means i'm doing my job and Lolth will be pleased! This whole matter has nothing to do with me other than that it was one of my guild members that it happened to in our guildhall.
This matter has been resolved. I've decided to take my evilness to an abyssal level. A lower road has been found
